White Sands Self-Care is about helping people be proactive rather than reactive about their self-care.  We do this by providing education, events, resources, and all natural products.

We are building a community of holistic practitioners that provide services/products to help people improve their self-care.  We support holistic ways of improving all forms of self-care: emotional, mental, physical, image, stress, social, spiritual, professional, financial and practical.
