Hi! I'm Leandra, and as a rough and tough kid, Army Veteran, and busy mom of 3 boys, well now one man, lol. I have done an extensive amount of healing from chronic pain, gut issues, and mental health struggles. I help others who feel burned out reconnect with their bodies through holistic, science backed, methods.

Most of my clients come to me exhausted and overwhelmed, and together we rebuild their energy, confidence, and emotional resilience. I believe healing should feel empowering - not complicated. You can elevate your health and break free from pain.

My career path as a medical massage therapist, nutritionist, doTERRA wellness advocate, yoga teacher, and stem cell regeneration educator is the backbone of how I facilitate others in their healing. I am a highly intuitive and relatable practitioner, and I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.
