At Counseling and Cupcakes, my practice is dedicated to the growth of our therapeutic community. I specialize in providing clinical supervision and education to professional counselor candidates, interns, and graduate students. I offer flexible ways to meet Colorado’s clinical supervision requirements, including individual, group, crisis, phone, and drop-in supervision hours. While my supervision practice is currently virtual, I am excited to offer in-person supervision for those in the Colorado Springs area starting in May 2026.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, I also maintain a virtual therapy practice for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in late-diagnosed neurodivergence and relationship issues, grounding my work in liberation psychology, community psychology, and feminist theory. My therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and somatic interventions to help you (or your clients) move toward a life of deeper meaning and connection.
