Unburdened: An IFS Sound Bath Mini-Retreat for Healers

January 10 @ 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
$120

Start the new year by releasing what your parts have been carrying. Unburdened is a restorative, IFS-informed sound bath mini-retreat crafted specifically for healers, therapists, caregivers, space-holders, and anyone ready to soften, reset, and reconnect with their inner Self.

This unique experience gently weaves together Internal Family Systems parts work with the immersive resonance of sound healing. Participants will be guided to meet, soothe, and unburden the parts of themselves that have taken on too much—so they can step into the new year with clarity, spaciousness, and grounded Self-energy.

Led by a powerhouse facilitator duo:

Dr. Gigi Turner, PsyD

Former psychology professor and psychotherapist, now a distinguished sound bath

practitioner, Dr. Turner brings her extensive psychological expertise into the timeless,

restorative practice of sound healing. Her facilitation is deeply attuned, grounded, and

intentionally crafted to support inner transformation.

Janay Oliver, LPC

An Internal Family Systems practitioner and owner of Madewell Counseling, Janay

guides participants in gently exploring and soothing their internal parts. With a warm,

trauma-informed approach, she helps healers reconnect with their Self energy—the

calm, curious, compassionate core within.
