SUMMARY:Spring Solstice Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Spring Solstice Sound Bath\, a seasonal gathering designed to help you release the heaviness of winter and step into the fresh energy of spring. \nAs the earth shifts toward longer days and new growth\, this is a meaningful moment to slow down\, reflect\, and realign with what you want to cultivate in the months ahead. \nDuring this immersive experience\, the space will be filled with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, gongs\, chimes\, flutes\, and other soothing instruments played by Dr. Gigi Turner of Singing Bowls of the Rockies. The layered frequencies gently move through the body\, helping calm the nervous system and create a deep sense of stillness. \nMany participants describe leaving sound baths feeling lighter\, clearer\, and more grounded — a beautiful way to mark the transition into a new season. \nWhether you come to rest\, reflect\, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening of sound\, this Spring Solstice gathering offers a space to welcome renewal\, balance\, and the quiet unfolding of spring. 🌱✨
