The sound encourages the nervous system to soften and settle\, creating space to release what no longer serves you and invite in clarity\, peace\, and openness. \nWe’ll close our time together with a cup of ceremonial cacao sourced from Guatemala. Ceremonial cacao is known for its natural ability to gently open the heart and support emotional presence. It isn’t psychedelic or intense—rather\, it encourages warmth\, groundedness\, and a deeper connection with yourself and the space around you.
