Maybe something in your life is changing. Or maybe you simply haven’t had much time to stop and check in with yourself. \nFor this experience\, you’ll settle comfortably onto a floor cushion while you’re immersed in layers of sound from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes\, and other instruments from around the world. There is nothing you need to accomplish\, figure out\, or even know how to do. \nAs the sounds move through the room\, you may notice your thoughts beginning to quiet\, tension softening from your body\, or feelings and reflections that haven’t had much room to surface. Some people leave feeling lighter or clearer\, while others simply experience a kind of deep rest they haven’t given themselves in a while. \nThe equinox gives us a natural opportunity to reflect on what we want to carry with us into this next season\, and what we may be ready to leave behind. You don’t need to arrive with an answer. Come relax in a spellbound soundscape of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes\, flutes\, drums\, and other instruments designed to help your mind quiet down and your body release the week’s lingering goblins. \nOur immersive 90-minute sound bath is a chance to lie back\, get cozy\, and let the sounds do their mysterious little thing. You may drift\, dream\, feel deeply relaxed\, or wonder whether that gong just opened a portal! All experiences are welcome. \nOnce we’ve floated back down to earth\, we’ll close with warm ceremonial cacao\, an opportunity to sip\, reflect\, connect\, and leave with your heart a little fuller (and hopefully not possessed). \nCostumes are welcomed\, however we do recommend arriving in comfortable attire. \nCome for the spooky season vibes; stay for the deep exhale.
