From there\, you’ll be guided into fluid\, intuitive movement\, allowing sensation and emotion to naturally surface. As the journey builds\, activating rhythms support the safe discharge of stored tension through shaking\, stomping\, and full-bodied expression. After release\, we soften into integration — restoring safety\, reconnecting to self-compassion\, and closing in joy\, pleasure\, and aliveness. \n \nThe body holds what the mind cannot always process. When emotion is allowed to move physically\, healing integrates more fully. This portion of the evening is a guided pathway back to your body as a source of wisdom and release. \n \nFollowing movement\, we transition into a Sound Bath guided by Singing Bowls of the Rockies. This portion is designed for grounding\, rest\, and nervous system regulation. Currently studying film and game scoring\, his expertise in composition and music production allows him to craft immersive auditory landscapes.
