DESCRIPTION:Sacred Stillness Sound Bath is an invitation to pause beneath the noise of daily life and enter a slower\, more spacious state of being. This experience is designed to support deep rest\, nervous system regulation\, and a gentle unwinding of mental and emotional tension. \nThrough carefully guided sound\, layers of resonant tones move through the body\, encouraging the mind to release effort and the body to settle into natural rhythms. Rather than “doing\,” this is a practice of allowing—allowing breath to deepen\, awareness to soften\, and stillness to emerge from within. \nThis sound bath is ideal for anyone feeling overstimulated\, emotionally full\, or simply in need of quiet recalibration. No experience is required—just a willingness to rest\, listen\, and receive. \nYou may leave feeling grounded\, clear\, and subtly reconnected to a deeper sense of inner quiet—one that lingers well beyond the session. \n \nWHAT IS A SOUND BATH? \nA sound bath is a meditative experience where people are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments\, including singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes\, and more. During a sound bath\, people lie down and listen to resonant sounds\, allowing their brain waves to slow and shift from a more active state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation\, explore self-inquiry and self-discovery\, and help people let go of stress\, anxiety\, or other worries. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety\, soothing the nervous system\, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.  \nOur sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls)\, Crystal Quartzophone Harp\, Zaphir Chimes\, Bar Chimes\, Flutes\, Rain Stick\, Buffalo Drum\, Ocean Drum\, Steel Tongue Drum\, Handpans\, Kalimba\, Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world. \n \nWHAT TO BRING: \nTo help us care for our premium floor cushions\, we ask that you please bring one sheet to cover your mat and one blanket to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean\, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed!
