This event is not just about relaxation; it’s an opportunity to reflect\, reset\, and recharge\, setting the stage for a year filled with positivity\, clarity\, and renewed vitality.  \nJoin us for an evening that promises to leave you feeling balanced\, uplifted\, and ready to embrace the new year with open arms and an energized spirit. \n \nWhat to Expect: \n\n\nOpening Meditation: \n Begin with a guided meditation to center your thoughts and open your heart to the healing journey ahead. \n\n\nSound Bath Experience: \n Immerse yourself in the resonating sounds of crystal bowls\, Tibetan singing bowls\, gongs\, flutes and many other harmonic instruments from around the world. The vibrations will envelope you\, facilitating deep relaxation and a meditative state. \n\n\nIntention Setting: \n Harness the energy of the new moon to set personal intentions\, fostering growth and positive change in your life. \n\n\nClosing Reflections: \n Conclude the evening with a brief session of communal sharing\, where attendees can reflect on their experience and share insights in a supportive and nurturing environment. \n\n\n \nWHAT TO BRING: \nTo help us care for our premium floor cushions\, we ask that you please bring one sheet to cover your mat and one blanket to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean\, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed!
