DESCRIPTION:As the year comes to a close\, this session offers a peaceful space to slow down\, look back\, and gently integrate everything you’ve moved through — the big moments\, the challenges\, the growth\, and the lessons. \nJoin us for a grounding sound bath designed to support emotional closure and inner clarity. The soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, chimes\, and soft harmonic layers help calm the nervous system\, quiet mental chatter\, and create the inner stillness needed for honest reflection. \nThis experience is ideal if you’re feeling ready to release what no longer belongs in the new year\, make sense of what you’ve been carrying\, or simply close the year with intention instead of rushing through it. As you rest in the sound\, you may notice insights rising\, emotions settling\, or a sense of completion forming naturally. \nA gentle way to honor the year behind you and step into the new one with more clarity and ease. \n \nWHAT IS A SOUND BATH? \nA sound bath is a meditative experience where people are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments\, including singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes\, and more. During a sound bath\, people lie down and listen to resonant sounds\, allowing their brain waves to slow and shift from a more active state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation\, explore self-inquiry and self-discovery\, and help people let go of stress\, anxiety\, or other worries. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety\, soothing the nervous system\, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body. \n \nWHAT TO BRING: \nIf possible\, we ask that you please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats. No yoga mat needed! We can provide these items for you if you’re unable to bring them. Please dress comfortably\, bring water\, and eat beforehand. \nFor the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants\, we kindly request your timely arrival.
